Museum of Fine Arts, Boston: Merianne Liteman and Sheila Campbell
completed a year-long strategic planning process for the Education
Division of the Museum. The project included a benchmarking study
of other institutions for whom visitor experience is key. The plan
integrated the activities of the Museums Education Division
and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, a degree-granting institution,
examined and enhanced every public program, and reorganized the
division for greater effectiveness.
Mitsubishi Electric America: Merianne Liteman and Jeffrey
Liteman worked with the corporate foundation to redesign its strategic
plan and refocus its resources while continuing to provide the highest
quality services to its constituents.
National Geographic: Sheila Campbell worked on a multi-year
project with the Television, Interactive and Magazine divisions
of National Geographic, that helped Geographic leverage its brand
and maintain quality relationships with its members, viewers and
readers. In addition, she advised Geographic departments in a process
that helped them reorganize themselves to work together most effectively.
Fannie Mae: Merianne Liteman and Jeffrey Liteman worked with
a cross-section of Fannie Mae executives to improve internal communication,
cooperation, teamwork, and sense of common purpose.
Coalitions of Latin American nonprofits: Merianne Liteman led
a series of strategic planning and creative thinking sessions in
Spanish for coalitions of Mexican nonprofits involved in environmental
and drug abuse prevention activities and for Uruguayan nonprofits
promoting womens rights.
Corcoran Gallery of Art: Merianne Liteman worked with the
senior staff of the museum and the board of directors of the WPA\Corcoran
to create a strategic plan that leveraged both institutions
strengths.
U.S. Department of State: Jeffrey Liteman and Merianne Liteman
worked with a large department to improve internal cooperation and
communication and to redesign its services to its constituents.
